I am a Scholar-Practitioner dedicated to the structural modernization of California’s public systems. My work is guided by the principle of "Dignity in Infrastructure"—the conviction that the technical and legal frameworks of government must respect the inherent worth of the individuals they serve. I use Code and Law not merely as instruments of administration, but as tools to bridge the gap between complex statutory frameworks and operational excellence.
From my roots in Ivanhoe, California, to executive training at the Harvard Kennedy School, my trajectory was forged through the grit of being a first-generation student. I navigated rooms where I was often underestimated, ultimately reframing that struggle as a competitive advantage. Today, I operate at the intersection of "The Capital and The Code," utilizing Python and AI to audit nine-figure budgets—including a $103M fiscal audit—and architecting digital tools to scale advocacy across all 58 California counties.
My vision extends beyond the immediate; I am committed to the long-term transformation of how policy is implemented at scale. While I am an aspiring lecturer in public administration and political science—aiming to bring front-line Capitol complexities into the classroom—my broader goal is to architect the technical and legal systems that redefine the social contract for the next generation. I don’t just want to help people; I want to build the infrastructure that makes helping people inevitable. This includes high-stakes work such as preserving the $60M in public funding I helped protect for mental health infrastructure.
Outside of policy and data science, my life is defined by a commitment to Disciplined Creativity. As a community symphony trombonist, I practice the collaborative harmony and technical precision required for multi-stakeholder legislative work. Physically, I find balance and mental endurance through bodybuilding and as an avid ice and roller skater—pursuits that reinforce the steady focus necessary to navigate high-stakes environments. This same strategic agility is reflected in my competitive gaming; as a top 1% player in Rainbow Six Siege, I have honed the ability to execute complex strategies and manage high-pressure communication in rapidly shifting landscapes.
